By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following policies.

Sessions

• Individual sessions are one hour (60 minutes) in duration.

• Couples sessions are an hour and a half (90 minutes) in duration.

• Sessions may go over time upon mutual agreement.

• General sessions will take place via Zoom and it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and fully working camera and microphone (we both need to be able to see as well as hear each other).

• Antenatal and postnatal therapy sessions may take place in your own home, if deemed suitable following LMC referral.

Cancellations

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so that your original time can be reallocated to someone else.

• If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation or rescheduling, the client will be charged full price for the session.

• Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will incur a 50% fee.

• Exceptions may be made (e.g. in the case of accident or illness) at the discretion of the therapist.

• Payment for a cancelled session must be made before another session can be booked.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Payments

• The cost of sessions will be provided to the client in advance.

• Payments must be made either: a) in advance; or b) at the end of each session.

• Payments may be made in cash or via bank transfer.

• For bank transfer, please pay: BALANCE ME LIMITED 38-9018-0675103-00 and include your name, session date and time as reference.

• In the event that payment is not made by the end of a session, no further sessions will be booked for that client until payment has been received.

• GST receipts are provided upon request.

• Goods and services will not be accepted in lieu of payment.

Fees

• Individual Session (60 mins): $138

• Couples Session (90 mins): $220

• Reports: on a case-by-case basis (minimum charge of $65)

Fees are inclusive of GST.
